    My home warranty company assigned my claim to this ib-solutions. On May 12 the technician came to my house told me that I needed a part for my oven that would take 4 to 6 days to come in It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and every time I call the company they tell me that they have to get with the technician to get a of the order and they’ll call me back. No one ever calls back. I spoke with someone today and when she told me that she hoped I understood why they were having such issues and I told her no that I didn’t understand. She hung up on me and now they will not answer the phone for me.

    I have reviewed this response, I do not find it satisfactory because they haven't to this point communicated with me.  I had my warranty claim reassigned to a new company so I do not wish to work with ib-solutions moving forward.

    I am a customer of Choice Warrenty and they assigned the repair of my dishwasher to in-solutions who claim to be in Wilmington DE and use the email contact of ************@gmail.com and the person’s name is L**** *********. The repairman came out twice and attempted to repair the leakage and was to return again as it was not fixed. Upon my repeated outreach they finally emailed me today to say they would no longer come to repair it. Choice has since reassigned but i think this particular outfit needs to be reprimanded for poor customer service.

    Good day we’re sorry for this experience. Dictation was a couple of times but the problem is floating when we around the cycle there is no leak but sometimes it’s leaking. Probably the door seal  or the whole door assembly need to be replaced , but it’s not covered by the warranty.

    If, the customer still feel that the problem is unsolved. He could always call to the Choice and ask another service provider to come check it since we’ve been there a couple of times already.

    I am rejecting this response because: if this was true, then why did the technician return two times and replaced door seals that was authorized by the Warrenty company. I feel they are simply incompetent and failed to communicate any reasoning and rather refused to come out again to assess and fix the leak. A Diswasher is inoperable if the door leaks and the technician told me to stop using it as he witnessed damage to the hardwood floor.

    we don’t know what else to add in this situation, if after our 2 times visit and repair it didn’t help. And you still feel that dishwasher operation not properly. Please ask to reassign this work order to another service company maybe they will help you in this situation. Service call 85$ will be charged from us and send to another vendor. Sorry for inconvenience

    I am rejecting this response because: we had a different service company come today and they found that your technician did NOT install the new door trim to prevent leaking properly….so perhaps consider better training for your personnel as this type of error is really not acceptable or explainable….
