    I’ve been contacting the dealership for a month requesting they cancel my extended warranty for my Yamaha xsr900 motorcycle. And they been telling me they are processing it and it’ll be completed multiple times I’ve also been contacting the manufacturer warranty company to follow up with them to see if the cancellation has been processed and they also told me they don’t see the dealership submitting a cancellation. I’ve given them a written notice and email them of the cancellation. The dealership person I’ve been contacting is called Jethro.

    Today, 4/15/2025, the customer was called and the contract was cancelled. The customer was explained to that we had been in the process of handling their business, but the company's dealer customer service line was closed over the weekend. It was successfully cancelled on our end today.

    Scheduled an appointment for the establishment to inspect/repair an unknown leak in my rear motorcycle tire (2021 Indian Scout Bobber Sixty). The technician named Cody informed me over the phone that they had a shop fee of $175/hour for repairs. He wasn’t sure if it would take longer than an hour, but if it was less time, he would try and get the fee adjusted to reflect the reduced time. He took my bike into the shop and I proceeded to walk around to take up some time. He called me 30 minutes into my appointment and explained that the tire was leaking and not the valve itself. He explained that the mechanic sprayed soapy water on my tire to find a leak. The bike was not lifted, the valve stem was not replaced (as it is still in my possession), nor was the tire removed. The receipt does not state accurate work completed and does not state that there is a shop minimum. I also had to request that my original receipt be updated to reflect actual work completed, which the technician was not going to do at first. I was significantly over charged.

    I have attached a report written that outlines details of my complaint with dates, etc. Essentially I purchased a motorcycle from Central Coast Yamaha, the set up financing through Yamaha Finance and told me my monthly payment was going to be $125 per month. Every month since I purchased the motorcycle the monthly payment has been different. Central Coast Yamaha staff said the had worked with financing to get it fixed but it still is not correct. The staff gave me false information about the loan details, were unprofessional and have not helped me resolve this issue. I have asked to be put in contact with the owners of the company and that has not happened. Please see attached documentation.
