    I am rejecting this response because:

    He said at first two weeks and a month after when we questioned him he starte yelling and threatening on the cell phone last Thursday and Friday.. Friday when we went to pick up the car his own employee took me to where the car is and told us to let them do it that they can have it done by the next day cause the parts were there.. another employee told me hey just sitting on it to get more storage fees like he usually does… tuesday he reached out via text in a completely different attitude and agreed if we gave him the alount of the first check he said lule find out when the rest of the parts would come in and give us an exact date… he never responded till we reached out till today and now is not giving a date to finish and sent a picture of a sign he has… this has been a horrible experience, he’s demanding money and has absolutely not come through… acording to his own employees the parts are there and can be finished within a day, he has screamed and threatened us on the cell fone when we said we were going to go with police to pick up car… we have the money to pay for the repairs authorized by insurance but we’re not going to pay until job is done cause he’s not trust worthy. We will take the $2,400 agreed for him to finish but he need to keep his side of that agreement at least…. We originally took the car in for estílate and he just started tearing it down… now all I want is my car fixed.. he’s had it for over a month and he never gave me a estimate or anything of the sort

    cratch to the rim on the accident and it clearly wasn't... so Thursday the owner Hugo called my daughter demanding she go and sign over the check they received and the check my daughter received and when my daughter said not till you guys finish he started yelling at her and humiliating her... so i went over there with my daughter the next day to try and get this resolved he didn't come around but called me and started yelling at me so i told him we were taking the car and he threatened me that if i showed up with PD or Sheriffs i was going to see and get it... PD did show up and they said we would have to pay almost $8000 of repairs, storage and frame work... his body man lied to the police and said he had done the frame work... the dent is approximately 12 inches and was made at no more than 5-10 miles an hour in reverse... there is absolutely no frame work needed... his own employee told us he's sitting on the car to get more money on storage.... he is known to do that and keep cars for long periods of time then puts leans on cars and has kept them in some cases... the thing here is he is the one offering to give back money to us and we just want the car fixed... he has been doing more and more that what was allowed by insurance and says my Daughter authorized it. She authorized them to start working on it but never presented an actual estimate or anything stipulating the cost of the repairs. he later texted me on friday and we went back n fourth and started to say insinuative things about my wife and mother. how is that business like? he also said if i thought i was a man to meet so we can see face to face... 'vernos las caras" in Castilian means to meet to fight... so where do we stand? policeman told me we can't do anything, if he comes defend yourself.....

    Ms. U***** brought in her car for repairs and submitted a claim with her insurance company.  We ordered most of the parts and have been waiting for Ms. U***** to cash her insurance check so we can move forward on the repairs and order the rest of the parts.  Please have Ms. U***** come and pay for the parts and we can start the repair or pay for the storage and parts and take her car to a different autobody shop.  If Ms. U***** still has any concerns, please have her contact us directly or her insurance company.
