As part of its ongoing Advertising Review Program, on August 30, 2022 BBB contacted this company regarding claims in its advertising on their webpage at www.lunaconcrete.com. The claims are regarding services the company will provide but these services can only be performed by a licensed contractor. According to the BBB Code of Advertising, "In all instances, advertisers, agencies and media should also be sure that they are in compliance with local, state, federal and provincial laws and regulations governing advertising."
According to the California Contractors State License Board's regulations regarding advertising, "Licensed contractors must include their license number in [all] forms of advertising." On August 30, September 7 and September 27 BBB asked the company for feedback regarding the bureau's request to either substantiate their Contractors State License Board license or, modify their advertising but the company did not respond. As of October 4, 2022 the company has not modified their advertising as suggest by BBB.
