    I had an emergency situation with my ex/daughters father and mr Wagner told me I should file an emergency restraining order against him and work on custody for her. I gave him $5000 for a retainer fund for him to help me. It took him over 6 months to do anything I had to keep bugging him and every time I call or email they charge me. We only went to court a couple times where I was granted the order. And I went a very long time
    Without hearing from me Wagner so I has to email him wondering what was going on and told him that I would still like to work on custody. All he said was I’ll have custody till the order was up… that’s not what I asked for or paid for. So the time ran out and they can’t find him even though he lives at the same spot so they couldn’t get the other restraining order because they gave up. I continue to contact asking about getting custody and he just tells me that I need to file parentage and I was like okay let’s do it. I get nothing. And just more bills because I email. Long story short I never got custody and they’re giving me back 1900 to stop my case. I paid 4000 for nothing.im a single parent I couldn’t even afford the attorney I had to take out a loan and he did not help me out with getting custody for my daughter like I paid for and asked for. It’s written down in his files what I wanted and put money down for and he did not come through for me and I am very upset and I can not afford to hire anyone else to finish this for me. I just want my money back. I’ve been working with me Wagner since June of 2021 and this is still not resolved. I kept mentioning about custody and me wanting full and all he ever said was you have custody until the orders up. And he said the order would be good till 2025 but he never served him so it’s been up since feb 2023
