    I was treated very poorly. They staff insisted that I was Faking seizures because I was still talking. I’ve had seizures for 3 1/2 years and also I fell to the ground and no one helped me all they did was dead. I was throwing it up because they weren’t dealing with me anymore.

    A family member was having a cardiac procedure. This procedure was cancelled by case management while patient was in care I order to have patient discharged. Terry case management supervisor requested I bypass Medicare appeal process by calling the provider line. We then went to the procedure that took over 12 hours. I had a wheelchair for my dad with his stuff for about 10 minutes. The volunteer supervisor informed me I couldn’t have a wheelchair & took it. I then went to the hallway where it remained. I believe there’s racial discrimination & people of color are targeted, abused & discriminated against
