      I purchased a vehicle on 6/4. It is my first electric vehicle. I decided to get an electric car to save on gas and Maintenace. VW has always been a car I have entertained on having. So, Edgar was great had me in and out within 45 min. Little did I know. I had the vehicle for 10 DAYS and the battery system had issues. IT HAS BEEN THERE FOR TWO MONTHS! WITH NO ETA. It has been a struggle to get any updates from their service center or a straight answer. They run around in circles and give you some BS excuse on everything that goes wrong. Managment refuses to give straight answers. They provided me with a gas loaner and instructed me to submit for reimbursement on any gas cost I acquired. After 1 month with the gas loaner and almost $500 spent in gas, they finally gave me a loaner that was eclectic. I have still been paying a $700 car payment even though I do not have an ETA on getting my car back. Which I understand but feel they need to reimburse me on them as I am paying on a car I do not have and $700 is a bit excessive for the loaner it would be cheaper to rent a car. I have been informed that any request is DENIED. I have now been pushed to corporate to start a buy back. I am so stressed and frustrated. I am just so tired of being given the run around by management in all departments. I tried working with them to do a trade in and sad to say they only look out for the company's best interest and not losing money no empathy for the customer. I truly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But anything they have offered me to resolve the issue has been an embarrassment and slap in my face. They have bluntly tried to Undermind my intelligence. I honestly feel violated by them. They seem to think they can just screw me over. It's sad that a locally owned business does their community this way. I hope the owner is oblivious on how his management team is running his business before it's to late.
