      I had bought a used 2018 GMC Terrain Diesel from this dealership back in January of 2022. I had check engine light after check engine light for the same issue. Particulate Matter Sensor. After the 5th time it went out, I reached out to GM and they couldn't offer any assistance with paying for this $600 part. My wife had reached out to Nate in the service department, and he said he would talk to the manager and see what can be done if anything. He called back the next day, and said the best he could do what cover at least the part cost, and I only pay for the labor to install it. He apologized and agreed that this was crazy it kept going out, but that his hands were tied and we did the right thing reaching out to GM directly. We thanked him, but did refuse as we knew we were just going to get rid of the car anyways. Nate went above and beyond our expectations and tried helping us out as best he could to his ability. Truly, thank you Nate for all you have done to help my wife and I. If we get another GM vehicle, I would definitely trust N***.
