    I am rejecting this response because:

    In mean time if it rains again. Water will just leak through window again and now bedroom cealing(roof) get the cealing light wet again. Along with my furniture. No fix occurs soon all will be on owner. If room caves in. Or something else happens.

    We are aware of the leak in Ms. F*****'s apartment.  A roofer has patched the roof over her unit three times since November 2023 in an attempt to stop the leak.  It became apparent that the roof needs to be replaced. This is a considerable expense for an apartment building of this size.  Bids have been received and presented to the property owners for approval. Once financing is secured the roof will be scheduled for replacement.  Meanwhile, the roofer continues to attempt to prevent water from coming into the apartment.  A water clean-up service has been sent to dry out Ms. F*****'s bedroom whenever she has reported a water intrusion. We are close to getting this problem resolved, but we do not have a date for the roof replacement yet.

    This is a frustrating situation, but we are talking about a $50K to $60K repair.  A project of this scope takes time to plan, budget and schedule. The interior of the apartment does not appear damaged.  A service has been dispatched to dry out the wet areas after each reported leak to prevent further damage. On some of those occasion the tenant declined the service and said it was not needed.  The roofer has done what he can as a temporary fix while we wait for the new roof. We are getting close to resolving this problem; however, if the tenant is not willing to wait for the new roof to be installed the property owner is willing to release the tenant so that she may move.

    It won't get resolved any time soon so whats the point
