    They gave verbal "ball park" quote in person in my home seeing what needed to be done. Was charged $250 more than high quote. Work didn't warrant that increased price. They provided insignificant item for repair worth just a few dollars. Provided no new parts. Spray painted the fireplace screen charging $180! I helped provide the problems solution while reviewing just how to fix it with one of their people! Ball park quote was $400-$500 to clean my chimney & repair the screen. Was charged $755! I contacted them three times explaining I felt that was way too much & I was willing to pay $550, which was still too high for the work done, but above the high side of the verbal estimate. They refused & ignored two of my four contacts. They offered $100 refund, but I refused feeling I was fair & in the right & now there was a principle involved. What they charged was way out of line for work done. I gave 10 day period by which to refund me $200. That date was ignored. I told them I was reporting to the BBB, my social media & my local background yard app contacts & Yelp. I have begun that process.
