      This company I have worked for 13 months and can tell you that this company is working outside any legal parameters when doing private property towing lifting cars in the air and removing the key from the ignition while the occupant sleeps while in the fire zone with his car on and extorts him by telling him that either let him take the vehicle and they can $400 at the Tow Yard or he will call PD and have them Tow it away for 30 days that's extortion and he knew either way the PD would have him toe it because it was on private property and they wouldn't want the hassle of doing paperwork this guy on top of that is evading taxes by not giving receipts to the people he does what you call a drop for on site of the violation giving his ride along or ride along and driver a fast $25 cash off the record for the drop and when selling lien cars evades taxes by selling them for a certain higher price than he states on the DMV Transfer of Lien Application this guy has to be stopped and the Buck doesn't stop there to be continued
