    David was very friendly, punctual (actually early but that was good), and very professional. His work was solid and our windows are sparkly clean. We felt beyond comfortable having David hanging around our house for half of our Saturday! Highly recommended.

    David did an awesome job. He took detailed pictures of the clogged areas on the roof and in the planters, diagnosed the root cause, and suggested fixes. This was above and beyond the contract. Highly recommend!!

    David does an excellent job. Inside and out. Windows look terrific when he is done. He brings all the equipment, even water, and works quickly. Still, he is friendly and has good advice on how to maintain other aspects of the house. Highly recommend.

    David showed up in one day and removed all the calcium build up from from the windows in my rental house. So nice to see them sparkle again. Also, he does other maintaine jobs besides windows.

    David was wonderful to work with. Fast, friendly, efficient, and very reasonable. He first conducted a preliminary check with his scope, and if you found anything then he would schedule time and provide you with a quote. For him to come out and to do a check, it was only $40; which to me is a small amount to pay to verify if I need the service or not. I'll be recommending him to my neighbors and friends for sure.
