    I went in to buy some clothing and other accessories from this store. I purchased 5 nose studs for $3.99 and when I got home they were not in my bag. This wasn’t a big deal I made a large purchase there and was having a conversation with the sales lady. When I drove back the next day and had my receipt and explained that they were not in the bag. He wouldn’t look at my receipt or even listen to me he said I had lost them and end of story. He wouldn’t listen to me or my boyfriend who was helping me look for the nose rings and offered no solution. They are also selling counterfeit goods from popmart, did not check my id when I used my debit card, and the owner was not professional.

    This complaint from the customer is completely false and does not accurately picture the event. For context, the customer entered the store on June 18 and purchased the merchandise at 7:33 PM. The day after the purchase, the customer arrived at 6:30 PM claiming that the nose studs were not inside the bag. With this in mind, I let them come to the back and check the security cameras to make sure which side made the mistake. After me, the customer, and the customer's boyfriend reviewed the clear footage, it was evident that the merchandise that was purchased was placed inside the bag. Afterwards, they openly stated that they probably figured that they accidentally dropped the merchandise. That was the last interaction I have had with them. Plus, their complaint of not having their ID checked is odd because nobody checks ID when shown a debit card payment. Overall, I want to include that we have full video evidence of us putting the merchandise in the bag and even the customer has seen the footage. Also, the disputed amount should not be $157.00 as 5 nose studs do not cost remotely the same as the stated price.
