    We hired this company to help us with an affiliate program. After numerous attempts, pmmonths, and excuses for getting the technical parts connected, we spent several thousand dollars, many hours going back and forth with them and by the time we finally so called got it connected, no sales came from any of it. We settled with them and they continued to take money from our account. We disputed and they somehow won a dispute AFTER we settled on an agreement to pay for no results. Yet another company with no integrity.

    No this isnt a result of a lawsuit settlement.  

    They requested for payment and we settled on an amount and then they took additional funds out by ACH without my permission

    We hired Advertise Purple to manage our affiliate campaign and grow our companies revenue. Advertise Purple made several promises and claims during their sales meeting that ended up being blatant exaggerations or lies.After working with Advertise Purple it was clear they had no experience with partners within our industry and they had no intention of driving new sales as they had promised.Advertise Purples tactic was to use their "strategic partners" browser extension and coupon sites to simply steal credit for our existing sales at the last minute. Causing Advertise Purples sales statistics and thus commission to increase, but causing our revenue to actually decrease!After 2 months I raised my concerns and I was given a plethora of promises to turn the campaign around. However these same practices merely increased and several promises to update our program were not honoured.After 3 months Advertise Purple sent me a list of other partners they had merely reached out to (and failed to recruit). This list consisted only a dozen random and unrelated small time social media influencers that did not fit with our brand at all.After spending $5,000 USD on Advertise Purple fees and a further $4,500+ on commission due to poaching sales credit, we ended working together and blocked Advertise Purple from our system.To date they still refuse to provide any evidence of work they claim have done.To me this is quite clearly a fraudulent (or at very least unethical and dishonest) business operation.I hope this company is investigated further and this complaint serves as a warning to others.
