    I purchased 2 four packs of 12oz sugar free red bulls from ******* on 12/09/2023.When I opened a pack 2 of the cans were crumpled but no holes in them or leaking. As if they were no filled properly and then packed in a box of 4. I opened the cans to see how they were and they were flat and had a bad taste. I saved the box and contacted customer support. It took 3-4 days to hear back from them and they asked for all the info I had. Receipt, date, issue and if I had the cans or that still.I told them since I threw the cans out after opening to check them I saved the box Incase.I was told to upload what I had. I uploaded all info including receipts and box they were in.I got contacted back saying some they send can or what not for testing. Since I didn't have it they could not test. This led to a basic issue of no reimbursement of their flawed product. The box would have the info they needed also and I supplied them with that info. They stated they could if they had the batch info which would be with the box also.Either way I was only looking for reimbursement of the 2 bad cans I paid for. The customer service rep did nothing to resolve the issue or even offer some sort of reimbursement or since or wanting to fix their product for customers who spend their money of it.I am filing this complaint to bring to light the bad customer service, the non reimbursement of a defective product purchased and to make sure others know in the future to save cans and all info fully if looking to get anything from ********* I would expect a company this big to be more friendly to their valued customers. I have seen many others treat their customer complaints with way better care than *********
