Vehicle repair issue June 2024 Written estimate required None given Written estimate must include breakdown of parts and labor - not provided even on final invoice Final invoice must contain final price of parts and labor - not provided Final invoice was all labor no parts. Also storage costs. Where is it being stored? Is this actual cost or soft cost?My trusted mechanic said he wished I would have brought the car to him before I purchased the vehicle. Next time I will for sure The tow truck driver warned me about them and pretty much begged me not to have it towed there but unfortunately I believed them when they said they would work with me. Instead they have now filed a lien, harmed my credit and are probably going to try to sell the vehicle out from under me while making a profit by selling it again.I put down $13,500 and gave gotten hardly any use of my vehicle while making payments and keeping it insured. I just want to be treated fairly and it seems like that is not the way they work at this lot.

On July 21st, 2022 I went inside Santa Monica SUVs to purchase ******************************** which I paid in full. I had intended to ship it and registered out of state but the dealer did not have the title and could not issue me the Title Certificate. I had to return to ** empty handed but I tried to instill some urgency into the dealer who kept delaying the issuance of the title.
On August 23rd, the mailed the title which I received days later in **. I immediately proceeded to expedite a title transfer online via ****** virtual office. The ****** required that the dealer edit the title certificate accurately by countersigning the seller's signature with the business reference and that the dealer also must fill out a statement of facts that would reflect that me, the buyer, demands title.
The dealer was contacted but failed: a) to acknowledge I want to expedite the title transfer and subsequent registration by myself, and b) to produce and ultimately comply with ****** regulations, announcing that they were going to keep the title, ignore its obligations of producing the required documents the ****** had informed, and willingly subverting my efforts to expedite title transfer and registration renewal efforts.
