4/11/2024 I began correspondence with Natural Success Academy help desk to determine when I could apply for the coaching accreditation I had been working towards for 2 years, fulfilling all the requirements. You will see in our email exchange that I was informed, then misinformed, then informed via zoom (with help desk ***** denying access to *********************, COO, who surprised my coach *********************** and I by showing up on the zoom anyway) that the accreditation I had been working toward was being excluded from their way of business, but was still on their website. My coach ****** would also be losing her accreditation status as well as 37 coaches in their directory on their site. They are now going to hire coaches and pay them, rather than allow independent coaches to build a business (which had been my goal). Only after I asked for a refund for their bait-and-switch, the *** and founder William Whitecloud announced to current coaches (mine is ******) their new position and accreditation status. They also only then, in early May, after our exchanges, added to their accreditation page that they are currently not accepting accreditation applications. The courses I took to reach accreditation status cost $6000. I even compromised and asked for $4000 in exchange for taking further action and am denied. Accreditation is a professional achievement that is important to me to build a coaching business, and this company does not feel that a person like myself, who has been working towards what they have said in every course (to establish your dreams/goals, work toward them and hold the tension, and everyone should work with a coach) is not worthy of the decency to compensate them for their company shifting business gears, thereby taking away their student's/fans dreams of becoming a coach, without notice along their course of action. ************************* even told me on the zoom session that he knew someone else who wanted to accredit, like me, who was losing out, and there are more.
