I first called Good Rx 1/5/23 because all of my ****** Rewards points had disappeared from my acct. I was told they would work on it and do not set up a new account; that might create a worse problemit shouldnt take long to fix it. Since then over the past 3 months I have called Good Rx 12 times (I keep call logs). Each time I have been told, Theyre still working on it. When I repeatedly expressed my concerns that I was losing additional points by not being able to do the Daily Check-ins, and also points for prescriptions I purchased, I was told repeatedly, Don't worry, they will take care of you, they will do right by you, but first we need to get your account fixed and points back. I have gotten Good Rx emails that do show my rewards points total; however, those points dont show in my Good Rx account. When I open the Good Rx app, instead of displaying my points, it asks if I want to sign up for. Then 4/3 I got an email warning me not to let my ****** points expire from inactivity for 90 daysstating Just a reminder if no action is taken by 4/3/23 these points will expire. That prompted another call to Good Rx- I dont want that to be their new excuse. The rep had me uninstall/reinstall the Good Rx app. Then It said, Thank you for signing up for Good Rx Rewards Program. So I went ahead and did the daily check-in so Good Rx cant next tell me, Too bad; Its been over 90 days so youre points are expired. Now in the new account Rewards History tab it shows the 4/3 Daily Check-in, PLUS all of my previous activity from 1/3/23 on back,! BUT it also shows the ****** points expired 4/3. They shouldnt have expired since it has not been over 90 days.So I need help with getting those ****** expired points back, plus the 89 days of Check-in points Ive lost out on, plus points for Rx purchases. I had suggested more than once they just send a gift card for my points, but they said No. I feel the Good Rx Rewards program is a scam. Can you help me?Initial Complaint

I took intake review, answered all questions including previous medication used. GoodRX prescribed a medication that does not work on me. I immediately responded to the message center as directed by the app. The provider or Rep that called verified my last name & *** then stated the rest of the visit would be completed via chat and disconnected the call before I had a chance to agree, or say anything else. I went back to the chat and all that was there was an automated message stating what they were prescribing. I immediately message back, informing them that the antibiotic prescribed does not actively work on me. I never received a response or an updated antibiotic. I tried contacting numbers listed, however, I was never able to get a live representative. Once they took my money and issued an antibiotic, they stopped all communication and just ignored my messages, This should be illegal, or at least a violation of policy, considering this is very negligent, health providers not responding to patients. If you are going to provide Telehealth services, you should be responsible for responding to your patients because if I walked into a doctors office, I would immediately instruct the doctor of my issues with the antibiotic and the doctor would immediately update to a different antibiotic, there would be no problem.. You cannot treat health issues and treatments for those health issues the same way, a retail store treats someone returning clothing, even though not responding to your customers is unprofessional and unethical relating to any business, rather its retail, health, or otherwise The visit was $19.00 if you sign up for the gold membership. And they give you a discount on the prescription. I have sent text messages as well as messages on the app and tried to call. It states to message in the app if you have any questions or concerns, and as you can see, my messages are ****** out, like they have shut down my ability to message or them receiving my messagesBusiness Response

Nov 13, 2021 good rx gold appeared on our MasterCard $5.99 & $19. It has been charging $9.99 a month since 11/2021. My husband asked me what that was today 3/14/23. I said good rx is a free discount plan at the pharmacy. He said what is good rx hold on your credit card? I said heck if I know - you pay the bills and have never shown me the statements to review. I didnt sign up for paid good rx good. I believe my pharmacy may have synced my credit card to my transaction. Since it was $9.99 a month the charge didnt stick out. We have since called *********** to report it and cancel our card. I read article where good rx gold gets new updated card info and keeps charging. If this happens I will cancel *********** and use a different MasterCard.I provided my name, address, phone and email for you to contact me privately. I am upset to see this on my card. I signed up for GoodRX Gold on Sep 11th to be seen with one of the doctors. They then say they couldn't help me so I called right back and GoodRX said they cancelled my GoodRX Gold subscription and refunded me. See the refund notice the same day attached. However they continue to charge me. I have called tons of times and GoodRx says it is cancelled. I have resorted to just disputing these charges with my bank but GoodRx Keeps charging me. They just charge me again just as they have for each month since Sep of 2021. This is unacceptable that they know and continue to try and charge me hoping I won't notice.I need you to STOP fraudulently charging me and refund me in full for all these charges.Business Response

GoodRx has been selling my health information without my permission. This includes selling my private information to ******** and ****** and who knows who else paid them for it. It included personal private information on my health. There is no way to fully recover this information and stop its further unauthorized distribution. I had a GoodRx Gold Account. On or about Jan 23 or 24th, I tried to use them to get an athsma medication refill. I paid, in addition to the recurring membership fee, $20 for this. They couldn't/wouldn't do it.They agreed to refund the charge. They agreed at the time to cancel the membership as well, stop billing for it, and refund ALL of the previously paid monthly fees..They have not refunded anything, and they continue to to bill me. I can't seem to make them stop charging my card. I just want my money back and for them to stop taking more money.Business Response

WHY cant I cancel my Good RX subscription?! Ive tried 3 times now and to no avail, I STILL keep getting charged! Im not even using this service! They have taken 60$ from my account in the last 3 months and I want/NEED a refund. Each time I have time I have tried to cancel, all it does is offer me free months services umm, no, I want you to stop 100% charging me, I dont want the services!
