    I had a shoulder surgery roughly one year ago by my doctor ***** ***** in ************, ******** stopping in regularly to ******** Pet Store *********************************************************** ************ to purchase items for my dog and cats as everyone in the store was very kind to me with my arm being in a sling except at times who was not very nice your employee, ***. I continued going to this location being very difficult at times as shortly after my shoulder surgery I had a ********************* by my doctor ****** **** and would at times go to the store in a ****** or cane. I recently had a second shoulder surgery by my doctor ***** ******* on October 3rd, with my arm being in a sling until last week not being able to carry anything. I arrived today at this location immediately after shopping at Whole Foods just right down the street from the store purchasing a bag of Orijen cat food and upon arriving the employee *** was the only person working in the store who was very rude to me, immediately. I mentioned to him I would like to purchase a bag of cat food having just been at Whole Foods who did not assist me after asking him to do so. I found the bag I was looking for and was told by *** it was for kittens and got another bag the correct one. I then went next door to Apple Nails for a manicure who did not do a good job cutting my pinkie finger immediately causing my finger to bleed giving me a tissue. I immediately left after this happened deciding to get my manicure elsewhere leaving with the tissue in my hand. I immediately went back to ******** and was told by *** very rudely in front of his customers to go stand outside. I said to *** it is twenty degree's outside which *** said he did not care saying in a loud tone get that out of my store or get outside. I asked *** where his corporate office was and was told by him Minnesota. I would like my complaint to be addressed by the corporate office only and its correct location, please. Thank you.
