    We hired Benjuro to design plans for our house. First, to be very clear: he did design the plans, and after several back and forths with the city, he did get them approved. However, throughout the process, he made multiple careless errors (mis-marking or omitting utilities, putting windows below and behind the toilet, etc). He also refused to provide a copy of the printed plans despite being asked multiple times, and refused to speak on the phone after the initial call. His email communication was so awful it was often impossible to understand what he was saying, and he didn't seem to comprehend or respond to the actual questions we had. However, the most concerning behavior was his immediate and ongoing harassment after we left a review on ****** (feel free to check out the review and his responses). He has threatened to sue us (he has no grounds), threatened "I'll send my father after you," tried to send us random papers claiming liens on the property (despite the fact that we owe him no money), sent us 8-10 emails and texts at a time threatening us. He then posted our personal information online: emails, phone numbers, full names, addresses, copies of the contract and his plans, and our place of work. While he might (eventually) get the job done, beware of his highly predatory and unstable business practices. I would hate for anyone to be treated the way he has treated us (and apparently other customers). If you know what to look for and can spot check his plans, he might be okay, but if you're looking for someone who actually knows what they're doing and doesn't harass their customers, I would look elsewhere.
