    I am trying to unsubscribe from my membership. In January, I was charged an annual fee, even though I thought I had unsubscribed. I no longer take advantage of their services.Since then,I have tried every which way to unsubscribe -including unsuccessful attempts to email them-and I receive no ability to do this or contact the company. Since I signed up for automaticpayment, I will probably get another charge this year unless I can settle this problem.

    My account was suspended because the credit card making the monthly charge was discontinued (which I was not aware of) subsequently I set up another card for payment which has been paying on a auto pay basis for about past number of months (I am sure you can determine this). BUT I have not been able to use the site.locked out in some way.Can you reopen my account and give me credit for all the months I have paid but not have access.I have been a very satisfied subscriber over the years of your service and definitely want to continue, but I cant get in and you need to give me credit. Please get back in touch with me and let me know how and when this can be resolved.**** ******

    Rubberchicken cards double billed me for months. The company hasnt responded to my requests to cancel one billing account. Ive telephoned and used their online costumer support portal. No response. Now my account is inactive and theyre billing me $4.95 a month twice still. I cannot do anything online because my account is inactive. I would like to completely cancel my account.
