    The owner is rude, judgmental, and completely incapable of handling even the slightest criticism without flying off the handle. If you don't believe me, just scroll through the 1-3 star reviews on **** and ******. Read his responses. They tell you everything you need to know.Instead of addressing concerns professionally, he launches into personal attacks, insults customers, and accuses anyone who leaves a critical review of being a fake.The service is poor, the prices are outrageously marked up, and on top of that, you risk being publicly mocked if you say anything about it. Oh, also, your package may not even arrive and will be marked "insufficient postage." The owner is one of the most unprofessional people I've met in my life. You're far better off going literally anywhere else: a different postal convenience shop, ***** even a pigeon with a decent sense of direction would be more reliable and respectful.Avoid this place at all costs!
