    Hi, My name is ****** *****. I have used ******'s service for the last 4 years to renew my OHMM card and it has went smooth till now. On 5/03/2025 I was prompted by your site. It was about time to renew my OHMM marijuana card so I did. Using ******'s website. Usually it was with *** ***** **** and it always went smooth. This time I was connected to *** ****** ******. We went over my issues and he renewed my recommendation assuring me it was for an entire year but the dates and authorized refills are completely wrong! I have called him several times plus many emails and he replied with "its out of my hands" Will you please help me get this resolved? The *** refuses to even acknowledge me now. In the attachments is my card along with the recommending ***'s information.ThankyouDonald ************************************************

    I NEEDED A NOTE STATING THE REASON FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA USE. I EMAILED THE PROVIDER REQUESTING A LETTER SAYIN SUCH. I WAS ADVISED THAT AS SOON AS I PAY THE ***** FEE THE DOCTOR WOULD DRAW UP THE LETTER AS SOON AS FUND ARE RECEIVED. THE WAS 3 DAY AGO AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE. BUT SO FOR NOTHING

    i gave fademd ****** on aprill 11th to get my medical marijuana card which waS APPROVED THROUGH THEIR RUDE AND VERY MEAN *** I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CERTIFIED WITHIN 24 TO 48 HRS SO pa doh COULD SEND ME MY CARD AND I HAVE NOTHING TODAY 4/17/2025. tHERE IS NO LIVE PERSON TO TALK TOO AND NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS.

    I paid for the expedited recert. I have sent several messages the past 2 days only the initial was responded to. So now Im still sitting here with no recertification after being approved because of the wrong date being on the certification and a waste of an additional $49 and no way to contact anyone.

    Ordered a certification for PA marijuana license. Doctor was extremely rude, did not go on camera during the virtual meeting and when I asked if I could get same day medical marijuana use after paying the extra charge for same day, said, "Do you know what's going on?" Very nasty provider and I was ripped off on $40. Lastly, I submitted a picture ID once, and it was accepted. Just to prolong the process, the company asked for a second ID pic. I will be reporting the company to the state licensing board as well. I suffer from HIV and really needed same day relief.

    I purchased a certification renewal in September. The doctor approved me but never sent my certification to the state. I have sent 6 emails without response. I would like the certification processed and confirmed with the state.

    I used fademd to approve my recertification for my medical marijuana card. The doctor approved me, sent me email confirmation that I was approved, but did not give the correct information to the state. His mistake was only caught weeks later when I asked the state why my card was being withheld. Resulting in me not having any legal access to my medicine I need. The doctor still has not fixed the situation and I still do not have access to my medicine.

    I talked to your doctor ***************************** and he Certified me all he needed was my patientid number and I sent it and I haven't heard anything back I paid $140 I would just like to get this resolved. My patient id number is *******

    Payed for a marijuana Physician Certification completed the Doctor ********** Received letter stating was approved, but never received the electronic Physician Certification.

    FadeMD was able to successfully complete the order. The delay in certifying was due to incorrect birth date entered for the application. Also, support had a delayed response to the patient due to the weekend which we offered a full refund for the inconvenience. I am happy to report that this matter has been settled.

    02/12/2024 I paid ****** to Fade MD to get a certification for a medical marijuana card. The doctor ***** called me, said everything was good and that I would receive an email. I never did. I contacted them through email and received one reply. They said they would take care of it and I would receive another email. I never did. I tried to contact them several times with no reply. This company is a scam.
