    I attempted to use a scooter. It did not move and i was charged ten dollars despite being unable to go any where. When i contacted them about a refund they said they gave me one but never did. Also they outsource all there customer support which shows they are an anti-american organizaion. Based in ***********************, i have no doubt that this liberal company views themselves as morally superior to us and that is how they justify ****** *****************

    I feel that this company is a scam. I loaded $10 in the app wallet to use a scooter and was unable to ride 2 different ones due to maintenance issues. I asked for refund and they declined and said it was against company policy. I am not from that area and will never use this app again and I want my money back.

    I tried to rent a Veo scooter. It required a $10 deposit on the app. The scooter never started, it had a dead battery. They were going to charge me for the 2 minutes it took to figure out the battery was dead. But I got that refunded. Then they were going to keep my deposit and I got that refunded minus the credit card processing fee. I should not have to pay $0.59 because their scooter did not work!

    Veo charged me for 45 minutes that was spent waiting on hold and dealing with rude customer support agents who could not resolve the issue with their e-bikes. The e-bikes would not let me end the ride and it took 3 customer support agents to figure out why. *** has offered to give me a $20 credit but I have no intentions of ever using their service again after the abuse that I experienced from their customer support organization. *** needs to be held accountable for pausing charges when their vehicles are not functioning and their customer support agents are unable to assist.     This company took 40 dollars without my authorization and I want a refund as I didnt use the product at all for what they overcharged, and they malfunctioned and I put in reports about it and they still charged me

    First problem was on 7.2.24 and 2nd problem today.This company has charged me $50 on their ap and consistently shut down their vehicles not allowing me to ride to my destinations on either occasion.

    On May 1, 2024, at approximately 2038 a rider of a veo owned e-bike (**********) plowed into the side of my vehicle as I was driving. Per the rider, there was a malfunction with the go button on the bike. I reached out to the company via email and contacted the company's customer service who merely stated we accept no liability. I want this company to pay for the damages to my vehicle for the lack of maintenance on their e-bike.

    I RIDE THESE ****S EVERYDAY TO GO HOME AND OUT OF 30 DAY THE **** BREAKS DOWN ATLEAST 10 DAYS AND I AM FRUSTRATED . WHEN THE **** BREAKS DOWN IT STOPS AND I FELL OFF THE **** SCRATCHING MY KNEE. THESE **** ARE DANGEROUS AND THEY NEED TO BE SERVICE OFTEN. ALL **** SHOULD BE EQUIP WITH HELMETS AND ITS A SAFETY ISSUE . I WOULD LIKE TO GET REFUND ON THISE 10 RIDES

    We arrived in ****************** on 11/4/2023 and rented scooters there. ******* app helped me track 2 scooters. The app stated their batteries were charged about 70%. We rode the scooters for about 4 miles when my partners died, leaving us in Venice Beach. This cost was $24. We walked about a mile before we found 2 more scooters in an alley. The app said these scooters were charged at 65% and 71%. We made it about 5 mins to the bike trail when my scooter died. Not only did it die, but it locked up. I could not pedal it. Now were trying to drag it up the sand to get it off the bike trail and back to the alley because we could not end the ride until it was left in a suitable place. Mind you, my time is still running, so Im still paying to drag this heavy, dead, unridable scooter because you could not even pedal it at this point. It was so frustrating. We could not even find an approved place to leave it so kept having to haul it. We were both sweaty and frustrated at this point. I wrote VEO on the app and they basically said ok, heres $4 refunded to your VEO account, when my original request was for my $25 stuck in the account to be refunded. I originally put $30 on my own, not knowing *** automatically took $20 on their own. They said they will not refund, they can transfer the funds to someone else or they never expire and I can use it another time. I want my money out of that account. I do not want to ever use VEO again, they do not provide working equipment. They basically charged me to drag their defective scooter all over Venice Beach. That is ridiculous!
