    I contacted Ambassador **** for ******** **** June 24. I spent weeks running around getting forms Notarized, fill out, Dr ******** Etc.I mailed them to Am ****, *****.*****, assured me everything is no problem Since June, I call, ladan says everything is good, you have **** ******** that Im 8 days from leaving for ******** I find out they did nothing for my ****, its like as soon as I paid them, they threw it in a corner. while telling me the whole time, everything is Good!!Youve no idea what kind of situation that this puts me in, Why did they lie to me for 5-6 months ?They scammed me, plain and Simple !I cannot fly now because this Woman *****, lied to me and has cost me a Small fortune.She has Destroyed my entire trip..She is now going to send me back. everything that I sent her and I can go get my **** elsewhere, ***** says. I requested a full refund, bc they did Nothing to earn a Dime of what I paid them. If I dont get a full refund, I will add it to the lawsuit I will file Demanding my plane fair, lodging fares, the Thousands of dollars she has cost me due to her lying to me for 6 months !!I have every correspondence to and from ambassador ****.She sent me the same forms four different times ?? *****. Is who Lied to me and cost me Thousands because she lied about my **** for 6 Mos.What kind of Person does such a thing?Im beyond angry !!I will sue her if thats what it takes !!This Ladan person should be fired !!

    The business took my copied birth certificate and started the process
    I was told it was too late to do anything else today but I was charged today $741 and told to come back tomorrow with original copy
    The business wants me to pay additional fees if $200
    I feel I've been price gouge and extremely over charged
    I would like a refund from the business
    I don't want to continue business with the company

    This is a completely false claim. Ms. *********** came to our office on 11/01 around 1.30 in the afternoon before starting her application we discussed the pricing ,which we agreed on. We started the application process with the understanding that we can only finalize the passport processing the next day since her birth certificate was only a copy and also it was too late in the afternoon for the execution of the documents. Two hours later she send some one to our office asking for canceling her application which she confirmed over the phone and we immediately returned her entire fees back which were refunded to her credit card and a receipt was provided to them. The copy of her birth certificate was also returned .
    If needed we can provide you with copy of the refund receipt as well.
