    I have asked this company to delete my data and account for over a year and for some reason they refuse to do so. Companies need to take these requests seriously, even small companies.Requested deletion 3/10/24 via email, 3/16/24, 3/30/24, 2/22/25, 3/5/25 and 3/13/25. They stopped responding after 3/16/24 and chose to blatantly ignore my requests. To this day, I can still login to the website.

    *** been asking to have my subscription with this company canceled since mid-October. They keep telling me they are working on it or they just dont respond to me. I dont want to be charged for another month but cant seem to get them to cancel. *** reach out via email, ******** and Instagram. Nothing is done.

    I had a prior subscription with Schoolyard Snacks. I canceled and rec'd verification that sub. was canceled Jan 5, 2023. Unfortunately they claim it never canceled and they shipped out order anyway. When it was rec'd I took it to post office unopened. The clerk at the counter marked on box, "REF-RTS" (refused/return to sender). I rec'd verif slip showing return. I have repeatedly contacted vendor-they refuse to issue refund. I called **** and they did internal review. They show box was returned to vendor on the 17th. Vendor claims it was not rec'd and zip it was sent to is wrong. I am attaching all proof. **** tracking does not reflect return but **** internal review per email says it was indeed returned.Regardless of the cancel request crossing against their shipping, I technically did not order this box thus I could have kept it, but it WAS sent back unopened/refused.

    On November 18, 2022 I placed an order (#******) for a monthly subscription of their Keto Cheese Puff snacks. I waited a week as I had not received any tracking info and they claimed that the package somehow got sent back to their facility. I then asked when they would resend it and they made up a story that the product had been discarded by accident. I again asked when a new shipment would be sent and they said they were working on restocking it. it has been 4 weeks now (and my next monthly package should be shipping out) and I have still not received my first order. I asked to escalate to their supervisor and they have since ignored all communication from me. I do not believe they actually have any product to ship and are just scamming people.

    They will not quit blowing up my phone daily sending text messages to order from them. This has been going on for months.. Three times I have gone into their site asking to be unsubscribe nothing has changed. I never ordered from them and I'm not going to I have no other choice. Please make them stop harassing me.
