2 starsTerrible customer service. After more than a year on the subscription and many purchases I contacted them about a purchase that did not come. They just se t a form letter and no resolution was ever made even after several attempts on my part. The product is great the customer service negates that. Sadly I cancelled because I cant do business with a company that ignores customer issues.Review fromM. H.

We're very sorry for this customer's frustration, but she did sign up for an auto-renewing subscription. That information was included on the website, on the checkout page, on the terms and conditions that she had to agree to in order to complete the purchase, and on the Welcome Email that was sent to her on March 19th. It is very easy to cancel a subscription and complete instructions are available on our website. Customers can log in at any time to update their accounts or simply reach out directly to our customer service team for help. This customer actually logged in to her account on March 27th and skipped the month of April, but never canceled. So like any active subscription, her account renewed the following month for May. Because this account renewed correctly, the shipment was processed and we were unable to issue a refund. The account has now been canceled and the customer will not be billed again.M. H.

Ok first of all, the underwear are cheap like the ones you'd get for LaSenza's 5 for $25 or whatever it was. But also, I tried their promotion to get 3 pairs and just pay $5 shipping, and NOWHERE did it say that I was signing up for the subscription service. However, I then got charged for a subscription, I tried to dispute it through ****** but Splendies told ****** that I didn't cancel my subscription! I never had a subscription! Unreal.Splendies

We're very sorry for this customer's confusion, but she did sign up for an auto-renewing subscription. That information was included on the website, on the checkout page, on the terms and conditions that she had to agree to in order to complete the purchase, and on the Welcome Email that was sent to her on January 27th. So we make it extremely clear that if accounts aren't canceled, like any subscription, they will renew. This customer submitted a claim to ****** who also found in our favor and agreed that the subscription renewed correctly and was not eligible for a refund. This company has no customer service ethics. There is no ***** or attempt to keep customers. Their products (brands they use) are not consistent so the underwear may be marked small and will be a different size completely. This was directly from a service agent. How is that the customers fault? I read the sizing guide and measured. Still got items that were too small. When ask for a discount or an exchange they completely deny it.Splendies

We are sorry this customer had an issue with fit. As with all clothing items, fit can vary from other brands and our size chart indicates to size up if you're in between or unsure. We have a lot of items on our shop that are eligible for return and would urge new customers who have never tried us out before to try one of those items first if they are unsure of our fit. This customer, however, purchased final sale products from our shop that are not eligible for refund or exchange. Would not recommend. Did not like the quality of the underwear I received. I asked for a refund and was denied because I did not let them know until after the 8th of the month. I barely received my order on the 6th, so it did not even give me enough time to try them out. I asked to speak with someone about it because I did not feel it was right, but they continued to deny me. They emailed me at inappropriate times, as late as 2am in the morning. I will never recommend this company, what a scam.Splendies

We are sorry that our service was not for this customer, but we've been in business for over 11 years and do not charge canceled accounts. She signed up for an auto-renewing subscription and did not cancel before the very well publicized cutoff date (it is on the Welcome Email, FAQ, and our Terms and Conditions that she agreed to before purchasing). For customers who sign up near the end of the month, our FAQ and Welcome Email even recommends skipping your first month so you can be sure you have time to try your first package before your accounts renews. We're sorry the customer was frustrated, but her account renewed exactly as it was supposed to. We also offered to make an exception for her to send the package back for a refund minus shipping and handling, but she was uninterested, so we did try to help.Review fromPhillip W

Do not buy from this company. They switch your order with products they are trying to get rid of instead of what you ordered. Then tell you that they wont take them back. I ordered a couple sets of underwear for my wife. Checked over the order at the end and everything was perfect. So I bought them. One pair came in 4x. All other pairs were large. Why would I buy one pair 4x. They told me that the 4x pair was on sale and I couldnt exchange. I cant do business with a company that switches product for ones that they cant get rid of. Horrible company to deal with. Spend your money with a better company.Splendies

We are sorry that this customer accidentally ordered the wrong size, but we have been in business for over 11 years and would NEVER switch someone's order. As with most online companies, orders are processed immediately AS ordered. He ordered a final sale item that was not eligible for return or refund (this is clearly reviewed on the site). Further, the item he ordered was sold out in every single size except the 4X, so when he selected this item, he was only able to select a 4X and still continued to add the items to his order. During the checkout process, the cart is presented for final confirmation before paying, and the customer continued to confirm and pay. Then the customer received a confirmation email and you continued to allow this order to process with the 4X on order. Again, sorry to hear about the mistake made when the order was placed, but as we explained to the the customer, he did receive the correct item.Review fromStephanie M

Splendies is the best lingerie brand Ive ever used! Their customer service is amazing, their ******* are beautiful, well made and comfortable. You cant find plus size lingerie at such an affordable price! Try them as soon as you can you wont regret it!Splendies

1 starI ordered a subscription, then added on a few different pair. I went back to my cart to make sure everything was right and noticed one pair that I ordered 3 of was the incorrect size. I thought it was odd because I specifically remember selecting the right one. I deleted it out of my cart and went back and added the correct size and checked out without double checking what I had JUST done. I get my package and its STILL the wrong size. Now they want me to pay the return shipping on an order they messed up. Aside from the obvious complaint, the underwear is ******* quality at best and is not true to size- as stated by many other reviews I read AFTER wasting the money. I recommend skipping the headache and going to ******* instead of quality means nothing to you.Review fromMakayla J

I placed my first order and received it like normal and paused my subscription for three months. I wanted to have my subscription again so I let the subscription continue through, which it did go through and charge my bank on July 10th. It is August 17th and I have yet to receive anything from them. I never got a tracking number. I messaged them and they sent a tracking number in which they said "sometimes it is lost in trains it" and said they would send another one and I'd get a tracking number. A week goes by and nothing. Finally, after I say I want a refund for the 3rd time, they say it shipped the 16th and sent me a tracking number. Mind you, at this point, I am so beyond fed up with this company, I do not want the product, I just want my money back. The customer service was horrible. Not to mention the fact that they took the money out of my account July 10th and I haven't seen a stitch of undergarments yet. Avoid them at all costs. You can find other places to go and spend your money. Splendies will take your money and then refuse to give you your money back after holding it over a month without giving you your product.Splendies

A manager worked directly with this customer and tried to offer a solution. We did ship her package in a timely manner, but as can sometimes happen anytime you order something online, it got delayed and then lost in transit by USPS.
Packages start shipping each month on the 19th, and her's actually shipped early on the July 18th.
She wrote in to us on August 2nd to let us know that the package had not delivered. We advised that tracking indicated it was still in transit and was delayed by USPS, so we had to give it a few more days. As of August 10th, the package had still not delivered, so we submitted the reshipment request. The reshipment was processed and shipped out on the 16th and it delivered on August 20th.
Unfortunately, shipping delays are extremely common right now. We see packages get delayed in transit all the time but then ultimately deliver, so we have to allow them time to deliver once they have been shipped.
Of course, if they do not deliver, then we will process a reshipment. We are small company with limited staff and only ship a few times a month, so it just takes a little time for reshipments to go out, so we do ask for patience. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of USPS and can't control shipping delays that can sometimes happen.
We are extremely sorry that shipping issues impacted this customer's experience, but we did our best to help her and her package was reshipped and did deliver.
