    ******** a product on,use from their website on 01/22 and I have not recieved a shipment notification. Ive reached out on multiple occasions and no response.

    The order was placed on January 22, 2025 and we have 3-5 business day shipping policy. The order shipped within this window and arrived to the customer on February 4, 2025.

    It took over a week for you to ship the item. That is longer than 3-5 business days. I reached out multiple times and you never responded. I will not be doing business with you again and I also contacted green juju to let them know how your actions can affect their business

    Hello - Our teams revisited the communication timeline with this customer and determined that due to our delay, we should issue a refund. This customer has been refunded for her purchase.

    I ordered Green Ju Ju dog food. I never received it. I contacted seller. They said they would look into it. I filed a complaint with shipper-*****. They contacted me today(*****) . She informed me the package was left at the wrong address & probably stolen. She said she told the seller & typed it in her notes. I had to go buy food at a store in town. I wont go through this again so Im switching the food I feed my dog so I dont have to go through delivery. I emailed Healthy spit several times & heard nothing!

    I was sold food that has made my dog critically I'll. The raw ******** have made her intestines bleed. This has never occurred with my dog and the vet says it's due to the bacteria from the food. She is very sick. The vet bill was 164$ plus the 22$ That I
    Spent on this terrible situation that needed to be discarded not to mention my dogs pain and suffering. I feel terrible she has to endure bleeding ****** from a food I trusted. ********* and healthy spot has not been helpful either in this situation.
