    I purchased the 7000TLX 1 package came
    damaged FedEx took it upon themselves to send it back thats when the nightmare started I was then sent a 7000TL I had it sent back as it came damaged also and
    was the wrong frame I notified the company and was told the 7000TLX was out of stock I said I would wait I was then sent the 7000TL frames again this time with the frame extensions which I did not ask for as I knew this would not fit under the main vehicle I ordered the 7000TLX for I was then told to just use boards this is not right as i spent good money to get what i had originally ordered then i was also told i would have to pay for shipping back for the wrong product they sent and shipping back to me for the correct frame plus a 20 % fee just a joke so good luck ordering from this company you might actually get what you ordered

    Placed an order beginning of November 2023 and am told by Jessie that the only thing needed was a power unit and it would be in stock and I would have my order by end of November.
    End of November comes and nothing. Inquire and am told 2ND week of December.
    2ND week of December comes and I am told the power unit is in but the frame will be in stock Feb 2024!!!! I was told from the beginning everything was in stock but the power unit!
    I feel like they lied to secure a sale. They keep changing their story it seems and I am getting pissed off. If I don’t have by Feb I am placing a fraud complaint investigation with my bank! And will sue for the hassle!
