    I brought in my power steering lines for them to put fittings on and when I got it back, the protective layer was cut and the fitting fell off as soon as I attempted to install it. I reached out to the owner himself and he promised me a refund and he asked for emailed pictures and venmo account so he could refund. Sent the pictures and venmo name and never received a reply. Have left voicemails and never got a call back. The business blocked me on ******** on a Sunday night after I attempted to write an honest review of what my experience was there. I will most likely need to replace these lines and take them somewhere else to have the fittings put on.

    On 11/15/2023 *********************** came into the shop looking for someone to have some fittings installed on three different hoses he had brought in. He came in and picked up the hoses the next day. He seemed happy with the final product and paid his invoice of $175.00. He called in the next day stating that one of the fittings had fallen off as soon as he attempted to install the hose. He sent pictures of the fitting that had fallen off. I offered to refund his money right away. I had our receptionist reach out to him to let him know that we had $175.00 cash for him up at the front desk. He didn't want to come in and get the cash, so he wanted us to send a check. He mentioned he only wanted $80.00 because two of the hoses were good, and that's what the other shop was going to charge him. We said no problem and sent out a check that day. He still as of today has not cashed the check. We want to resolve this matter as soon as possible. He has bashed our name on ****** after the check was sent out, and stated that "he thought we were going out of business" when we called to ask about the bad review.
