    08/11/23 sent $375.00 to *********************** ($391.17 w/Pay Pal fees), for purpose of insurance for a cat that was supposed to be transported by road from ********************************** to my residence in Lake County **. Cat was supposed to have been delivered on 8/10/23, but never came, and I was coerced into sending money to a person and company I had never heard of. The seller of the cat arranged for the delivery, not me. Then on 8/12, again assured cat would be delivered by 8:00AM; however this company The Express Shippers called me and demanded another $550.00 immediately or they wouldn't deliver the cat. I asked them many questions, tried to find out what was going on. I knew I was being scammed. They started getting angry and threatening to me via text message. I was in constant contact with the cat breeder, who assured me she knew nothing of this scam. I doubt this person (s) ever had the cat, if they did, it was probably either sold off or dead. Scammers know these cats are valuable. Bengals. *********************** has a seller profile on PayPal, *************************** I filed a complaint with PayPal, of course nothing they could do. I am out $375.00 plus Pay Pal fees, my cat, a cat wheel I ordered that cost $250.00, a cat carrier I ordered that cost $50.00. So far, approx $700.00. I refused to pay the $550.00 ******. The fake delivery service wouldn't say anything else except I had to pay the additional money to get the cat. Of course, I never got a cat or anything else.
