    From July through Oct these charges were applied to my card and I have never signed up for this service, used this service or recalled subscribing or using these services.     A full refund of $76.87 was provided back on to the customer credit card on /3/28/2023. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to show up on the customer credit card statement.

    After reviewing the customer complaint, we have decided to fully refund the customer monthly discount membership. A total of $358.54 has been refunded the customer credit card which will take 3-5 business days to show up on the customer statement. Unfortunately, the rest of the refund which adds up to $$279.24 will need to be issued via a refund check. The refund check will be processed in the next 2 business days. Please have customer look for refund check in their email inbox ***************************** from **************.

    Feb. 3, 2023 I was charged $82.45 for a supposed "membership" for this company's services, Hypnotic Gardening Solutions.I might have ordered an item from them back in October 2022, but not under this name, Hypnotic Gardening Solutions, but definitely not for $82.45.On calling the telephone number, **************, I was told that under the Terms and Conditions that applied for the purchase, I automatically would be agreeing to charges for "membership" for the company's services, whatever they might be. This was not made clear during the purchase.I would like to get a refund of $82.45 for this fraudulent charge.
