      this company charged me $99 to come out to look at leaky faucet and not only didn't fix it but did nothing including giving an estimate, they just said they would send an estimate. So they charged me $100 to do absolutely nothing. this is wrong and i feel ripped off.

      This company has been sending me mail for years. ***** a month. I have written, called, emailed but they wont stop. I am going to start sending ****** ***** all of my junk mail from now on.

      Giving them one star was a stretch. They tell me that there was a cost of 99 dollars for a diagnostic call. Not a problem I told them. The tech was supposed to be knowledgeable and friendly, well he was friendly. Granted the unit I had away ******************************************* our 20 years we had a problem. He did what was called a heat call which is creating a short to tell the heater to turn on. Doing that the induction blower did not turn on thats your problem he said you need a new blower. With that I was told that there was no way for him to order the part cause it was the weekend, I said that I could order off the internet and said I could call and have them come out and install. With that he picked up his tools and went to his truck. I expected him to return to be paid but he drove away. Confused? Yes. I got the part and installed it on the unit and it did not work. I called Moore to see if a technician could come out. I was told that I owned 99 dollars and that I had refused to pay the tech, which was an outrageous lie. I told them that I needed to know if there was anyone available and again was told that I needed to pay before they would answer the question I said I had no problem paying them but I needed to know. I was passed off to a manager and this time I said here is your payment now do you have anyone to come out to which he replies we have no one at all this weekend. The 99 dollars was their only concern, not helping, 99 dollars. I asked another HVAC person to come out and within 5 minutes a the removal of one s**** Showed me the connection for board for the blower had 2 traces fried. This being a 30 year old unit we decided to buy a new heater. When the old unit was removed the heat exchanger had a long crack which would have allowed carbon monoxide leak into the home. FYI, the Moore technician had looked into the exchanger with his camera and told me they look very good and clean. I would stay away and look for local talent!!!
