    Do not use this company. I contracted to have floor insulation installed with rods (two ways to support floor insulation, netting or rods). Two guys were here for four hours and said they were done (2200 sf house). They put rods in the small access point that was visible to me. I assume they thought no one would check their work. I went under the house to check. They had not installed rods anywhere except the visible opening. In addition, there were a number of areas where they had not installed insulation. I stopped payment on the check. They returned to put rods throughout the crawlspace, install insulation in the areas I located, and additional areas they found where they had not placed installation. Unless you're willing and able to closely inspect the job, do not use them. They cannot be trusted to properly do the job.After completing the above review on Yelp, I received a text message from the owner calling me an a**** [because I wrote a negative review] as he had the problems fixed. The job was only properly done after his worker's deceit was discovered. Normally, customers do not crawl under the house or through the attic to check on insulation installs. They depend on the contractor to do the job properly. The owner may want to check the last several jobs that were done by this crew.

    B&D came to my house to quote on a job. The job was to insulate under the house which was told to them before having them come out. When the guy came out he was too old for that (going under raised houses) and rudely just walked away.
