    Falsely charged for lockout code ($75) for interlock service to replace a defective unit. then randomly charged to my credit card to have the device replaced due to damages insured during the calibration. NOT only did i have to wait two hours at the calibration for the tech to damage my device, I had to goto the station numerous times for the tech to actually replace the device. Looking to refund the code fee ASAP as it was only required to replace the defective device. Remove my credit card from my account ASAP and refund any late payment fees due to my account being manual pay and not auto pay.

    I have a breather machine in my car in order to drive . This machine has been a terrible machine and causing problems for a whole year straight its not fixed they replaced my machine 3 times I cant start my car at times nor get the machine to let me start the car cause it says some error they keep charging me money after money to fix it and keep the monthly service . I need them to fix my machine they never answer there phones and everytime its always a 4 to 6 hour hold . Can never get help bad customer service and wont give compensation for the service not working correctly at all . Please help me get this issue address
