    They keep sending me emails that they tried to deliver my package and that no one was home but ive been home everytime and it even doesnt show them coming on my cameras.

    I got an email from *** saying I have to sign for my package coming next monday, I can't do that as I live rural and my gate is locked so I never see my driver and he cant get to me. I called in to figure out how to do this online and not one agent could help me, they all were ignorant to the process and transferred me 3 times, each time I had to re-explain, each time no one helped me. This is not how you run a company **** After the 4th transfer and an hour of my time completely wasted by this companies ignorance I left this complaint
