    My daughter's experience with Santa Rosa Mobile Mechanics was a frustrating saga of incompetence and deceit. Despite multiple visits and hefty payments totaling $2200, the fundamental issue with her **** failing transmissionremained unresolved.What's even more egregious is their deception regarding additional services. They claimed to have performed an oil change, for which they charged us, but upon seeking a second opinion from a reputable mechanic, it became clear that no such service had been rendered. This revelation was indicative of their dishonest practices and lack of integrity.Moreover, they attempted to extort further funds by falsely asserting that their business credit card was malfunctioning, pressuring my daughter to cover the costs upfront for parts. This manipulative tactic only added insult to injury.In the end, it took the intervention of a genuine professional to diagnose the true issue with the **** new transmission was needed. Santa Rosa Mobile Mechanics had deliberately ignored this crucial aspect and continued to take advantage of my daughter's lack of automotive knowledge and her trusting nature by insisting they could come out again and fix the issue.In light of these experiences, I strongly caution against entrusting Santa Rosa Mobile Mechanics with any automotive needs. Their pattern of incompetence and deception not only squandered our time and money but also eroded any trust we may have had in their services. Seek out reputable professionals instead to avoid similar pitfalls and ensure your vehicle receives the care it deserves.

    At first, I was pleased because he seemed knowledgable and trustworthy. The scheduling and communication was a little difficult, but he did 4 hours of work July 31 and August 1 and all seemed fine. I expected to receive an invoice soon after.But then he texted me August 10 begging me to pay him. He acknowledged that he hadn't sent me an invoice, but he needed me to pay him right away. Also, I told him that the problem I had him work on was not resolved, so he offered to come back for no charge, but only after I paid him for the first 4 hours "because my accountant is hounding me regarding this upaid invoice...I have to have it paid before I can come back or it comes out of my paycheck this weekend." We scheduled for him to come back the next day and I paid him via PayPal. He didn't show up the next day. I texted to ask where he was, but no response and nothing since. He ghosted me for no reason and he didn't actually fix anything.
