      CONTACTING YOU REGARDING THIS BUSINESS DUE TO ISSUES THAT HAVE ARRIVED IN 1. ****** CHARGES- FOUND OUT FROM MULTIPLE SHIPPING COMPANIES THAT THIS BUSINESS WAS OVERCHARGING ME FOR A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY. I.E ASKED ABOUT THE COST OF A CONTAINER, WAS TOLD $98,000 AND RECENTLY HE SAID &******( NOTICE THE GAP)2. HE IS THREATENING TO HOLD MY GOODS UNTIL HE GETS A BALANCE WITHIN DEADLINE. MIND YOU ITEMS HAVE NOT ARRIVED 3. I USED A MOVING COMPAMY TO PACK ITEMS FOR ME SO HE CAN PICK UP. HE PICKED UP, DISASSEMBLED AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED IN HIS WAREHOUSE, HE ADDED ADDITIONAL BINS AND NOW THE NEW QUOTE HAS EXCESSIVE QUAOTATION 4. WHEN ITEMS ARRIVED FIRST TIME, HE HELD THEM FOR 15 DAYS. WE DID'T KNOW. HIS WAREHOUSE WORKERS RELEASED THIS INFORMATION. THE QUESTION IS WHY?? WERE ITEMS REMOVED 5. HIS COMMUNICATION IS VERY VERY VERY POOR. HE MAKES ACCUSATIONS AND INSULTS OVER THINGS I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE IS USUALLY TALKING ABOUT. I EXPERIENCED THIS WITH HIS MOTHER AS WELL AND THOUGHT, MIGHT BE AN EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE. REGARLDLESS, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM 6. HIS RECEIVING MOTHER INFORMED MY TEAM THAT OUR ITEMS HAD ARRIVED. THEY DROVE 9 HOURS ********** AND ARRIVED TO BE THERE AT 9AM AS INSTRUCTED. WHEN THEY ARRIVED, THEY WAITED 8 HRS AS MOTHER WAS CONFUSED AND WORKER HAD NO IDEA WHAT HAD HAPPENING. THEN THYE SAID YOUR GOOD ARE NOT HERE.WE SPENT HOTEL FEES MEALS AND 2 DRIVERS LOST THEIT JOBS ALSO WHEN GOODS ARRIVE, HE DOESNT PROVIDE MAN POWER TO ASSIST AS AGREED AND WE HAVE TO INCUR EXTRA COST. THESE FEES ARE INCLUDED.OVERALL, BAD BUSINESS AND NEED EXPLORING. I WILL LEAVVE THIS POTION TO FTC
