    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are very disappointed with our experience working with this company and the dishonest and unprofessional sales rep that facilitated our service.Their sales **** **** grossly underestimated the amount of time and number of people it would take to complete the job. And, more egregiously, after weeks of not returning my call and instead of owning his mistake, he 1) refused to refund us for the additional time it took, and 2) accused my partner of lying about the number of rooms that had to be moved despite knowing we were moving 30 minutes away (in other words, the entire house needed to go) and having gone out and surveyed the property himself. I suggest never doing business with Careful Moving or anyone affiliated with this company. If you choose to do so, all I have to say is be "Careful".
