  Incredibly unprofessional and he has no interest in explaining his findings. Unfortunately, I think I have a duty to warn others of his terrible behavior. *** supposedly identified extensive termites despite the structure being recently fumigated. I called shortly after his inspection and explained the fumigation and that he likely saw historical signs, not an active infestation. I never received a call back. I called again the next day after receiving the formal report via email which called for fumigation without any meaningful elaboration on the location or extent of termite infestation. I still did not receive a response. My wife finally emailed him the next day requesting a response and explaining the need for quickness as we had planned on listing the property imminently. He called my, then 8 month pregnant, wifes number the next morning and immediately began screaming, berating her claiming that she had threatened him in her email, which simply requested a response to our calls. He screamed that the phone number we used, provided to us by our agent, was his personal line - we confirmed the number provided to us by our agent was used to request the service in the first place. We called him 3 times total and sent one simple email that only requested a call back and gave him ways to contact us. We attempted to explain our simple request for more information and the only direct answer we were able to elicit was that if you entered the crawl space youd see signs of termites to the left. He would not directly answer if he had actually seen a termite or not. He repeatedly yelled that his report was to the standards required by state law and he had no further obligation. Luckily for us the house sold almost immediately despite Dans report. We put it on the market and notified potential buyers of our concerns regarding the quality of Dans report. A small part of me wishes it hadnt so I had time to get a second opinion.
