    In December 2023, my company was unfairly charged an unnecessary fee by The City POS. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation through multiple contacts with their customer service team and my designated contact person, the issue remains unresolved. The lack of progress and the time wasted in following up on this matter have caused significant inconvenience to my business operations. As a final attempt to seek resolution, I issued an ultimatum to The City POS, requesting that the refund be processed by March 20, 2024. However, I have yet to receive any response or action from their end.Furthermore, due to the unacceptable level of customer service and the ongoing unresolved issue, I made the decision to terminate our service agreement with The City POS with immediate effect on March 16, 2024. Despite this termination, The City POS has failed to retrieve their Clover device, which remains in our possession. Our business cannot accommodate the storage of The City POS's equipment indefinitely. Therefore, we are compelled to inform The City POS that we will be imposing a storage fee for the continued retention of their Clover device.I am requesting your intervention to facilitate a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take appropriate action to address the grievances outlined in this complaint and ensure that The City POS upholds its obligations to its customers.
