      I took the tow company to court after they towed and stored my vehicle and didn't notify me until 8 days later, and it was ordered that I did not owe any money to them. This was in November 2024. I was told by the defendants at that time the vehicle was still at their tow yard located at **************************. Upon receiving the court order in the mail a few weeks later, I then went down to the tow yard to retrieve my vehicle. I paid all the *** fees including THIS YEAR'S registration. I paid the Sheriff's their release fee, I paid for insurance.I went down to the tow yard only to met with hostility, and very unprofessional behavior. The office lady first told me that the vehicle is long gone. Then she proceeded to ask me if I was the one that took them to court. I told her I was just there to pick up my vehicle, and I handed her all my paperwork for proof. She called a couple of her employees to "search" for my vehicle on the yard, but before anybody could really look, they was another woman that showed up. She drove up in her vehicle and started telling me that I didn't sue for the car back, just the tow fees.I kept asking where my car was and nobody would answer me. I was told that if I want my car then I have to get a Sheriff's enforcement. She then said she was done talking and slammed her office window shut.I called the *** lien sales unit, there is no lien. As a matter of fact the only application in the system for that car is my registration application for this year. I called the *** to report my car stolen since nobody can tell me where it is, but they called the tow yard, and just went with what they were told. Cream's told them I didn't sue for the car back, and there was simply no car to give back to me. That was that.There is still no information on where my vehicle is or where it ended up, not through the ***, and not from the tow yard that was last in possession of it.

      Creams towed my RV and totalled it. They refuse to take responsibility and pay me. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was totalled. I received estimates for $16k
