      1/13/23 numerous family members received a call from a third party company ************************** representing Sierra Lending threatening to come to my home and work to present paperwork on a defaulted loan. I received the same call five years ago. I never took out a loan with this company and did not know who they are. I filed a complaint with my state's attorney general office and they obtained a letter from Sierra Lending that I did not have an account with them. I tried to obtain an email, address or fax to send the 3rd party the letter and they would not give me any contact information. They told me if I didn't agree to their terms that I would need to deal with the legal department of Sierra Lending. There is no phone number to contact Sierra Lending to resolve this issue.

      A 3RD PARTY CONTACTED ME ON 11-01-2022 STATING I OWE A LOAN FROM 2016. I ASKED THEM WHY DID IT TAKE THEM 6 YEARS TO CONTACT ME. I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH SIERRA LENDING. I ASKED FOR THE LOAN CONTRACT AND THE 3RD PARTY IS SAYING THEY DON'T FURNISH THAT INFORMATION. THE 3RD PARTY ALSO INFORMED ME I HAD TILL 11-04-2022 TO PAY THE **** OR I WILL GET SUED AND HAVE TO ATTEND A COURT HEARING. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH ***************. WHAT DO I DO BECAUSE I DO NOT REMEMBER THIS COMPANY.

      I had a payday loan in 2017 that was paid in full. The company is now calling me on my cell and at my work and are threatening to have someone will come to my place of business. I feel I am being harassed.
