    I wanted to complain about the level of service provided by **** and about your survey system. I am a regular diner at your restaurant. I work around the corner at food for less. Plus I use the app for deals. I was buying food at the McDonald's located at **************************************** and my receipt number is 696 order number 96 at 2:59 pm. I always fill out the surveys when I buy food. I give you guys compliments and visit frequently. I am not sure what happened today. ****** service was not that great plus I was going to fill out the survey and recieve a complimentary ice cream cone, which I normally do. To my understanding, anytime you purchase food and fill out the survey, you can receive a complimentary items. That's standard at all of the McDonald's. I have never had a location that I can only use it once a month. I have received ice cream cones after a purchase all the time. When I questioned her about it she wasn't sure and made up an excuse. Moving forward I will stop filling out surveys in regards to your location if you are not going to honor the free item commitment. You have been doing so since I have been working in ******, why the rude behavior now, and lying to me that it is only once a month. I can go to any location and receive a free item, when I fill out the survey. I did not like her demeanor at all. Also, my fries were cold and I asked for extra salt, which was not on there. Please it's not about the ice cream cone as it is about your location honoring there commitment to customers, and what is offered as an establishment to good, consistent, and paying customers. I am very disappointed in **** and the way I was treated. Also my food was bad and I want to speak with the owner or general manager about it. As a person who regularly buys food there my opinion should count and matter in ******. We cannot have owners or corporations conducting bad business in the area and not honoring there commitment to customers.
