Allegiance Heating and Air has been sending me unsolicited Spam Texts, soliciting my business. I have never had any business relationship with this company, and resent my personal privacy and the sanctity of my home being invaded by their unsolicited Spam Texts. On the first text I bade them to remove me from their Contacts List, but I see this was to no avail as I have received another unsolicited Spam Text. To think that a viable company would have to resort to this underhanded tactic to gain business says volumes about their business as a whole. And the fact that they ignored my first request to be dropped from their Contacts indicates to me that they are not an honorable business and could never be trusted.I indicated one star only, as I was required to in order to leave my review, but my vote is actually ZERO STARS !!

******************, Allegiance Heating & Air Conditioning **** had obtained your information from you in May of 2020 for an estimate inquiry for HVAC plenum repairs. Your information was not shared or solicited outside of our organization. Allegiance has a texting campaign for all of our customers simply stating that we are offering AC tune *** as a discounted rate to get all our customers ready for the upcoming summer season. We had received your response via text message to this campaign and as requested immediately placed you on our DNC (Do Not Call) list. We did not call you a second time. We would be happy to provide a snapshot of the date, time and text that went out from our campaign along with your offensive response. Current and past customers who request to be removed from any promotional contact is done so immediately and with respect.
