    I have been a tenant here for 15 years. When management changed I was concerned. Usually with management change there is an underlying agenda. My suspicions where right on. I went to my unit on a Monday morning, pulled up to the code entry machine, and my gate code did not work. After several attempts no access. It was time for the business to be open so I was confused and frustrated. So I honked a couple time so management would hear but nothing. So I called the office and left a message about whats going on? Well the manager called me back and said we changed the gate code,and that they didnt have to inform tenants about the change, which mad me mad. The manager was very snotty not accommodating. She said she didnt appreciate me honking out front. And I used an expletive in my frustration about wasting my time. She had made a big deal about me using an expletive and used it as an excuse to throw me out after 15 years. But I know because I was paying a lower rate rent because I had been there so long that they were using it as an excuse. Poor business practice.
