    This site is a scam. It requires payment for documents and processes you can get for free or far less. They take FOREVER to act on your request. It duped me, but I want others to learn from my mistake. You cannot cancel because "they start processing immediately," except that they don't. They lie. They dupe. They are a rip off. Don't fall for this like I did.

    Waste of time and money! A bunch of theives, and can't provide services stated that is offered. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIETLY!

    This on line company is a SCAM. I paid ***** and got nothing. They cover any attempt to go up against them because of the form you fill out. Even the rep at the REAL vital records told me they are a SCAM. I should have checked them out first. DO NOT FALL for their BS I feel so DUMB, but ** trying to warn anybody else out there!! DO NOT USE THEM!

    This is a total rip off. The send you forms so you can mail them to the state to get birth certificate. The you have to pay again with the form to the state to get it. I tried cancelling my order but there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I new it was a scam and couldn't get it cancelled. Disputed it with credit card company then two months later charge on my account again. Buyers beware. We all make mistakes but you should be able to cancel order before it even ships.

    This company is a scam, we should have read the reviews first, I don't care what they say. They intentionally don't have a phone number to speak with anybody and on e-mails they reply with generic responses probably running the operation out of another country and scamming Americans out of their hard earned money. Stay away from this company and we'll likely be seeking legal action.

    Scam. They said twice they sent a birth certificate, but neither were received. It caused a serious problem then after counting on this company. I researched the company too late and now out money and they have personal information to do with as they please.

    This is a scam, I went on there website and filled out my information and paid $59 to only receive a form in the mail to fill out from them. The form was from ***** ********** of ************ Services to be completed a pay $27 for a birth certificate from ****.

    govfilingsonline.com is a worthless company. Other than taking my money and sending a confirmation that they had received it, we received NOTHING else. And they have a NO CANCELLATION policy so you can not get your money back. And there is NO telephone access either. Not sure of the relationship other than govfilingsonline and *********** being located in the same build and that *********** is the company that processed my credit card for this SHAM OF A SERVICE.DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT IS ALL!!!!

    This company is such a sham. They advertise that you get get you paperwork you need fast. They lead you to believe they are part of the government. After I paid their very expensive fee, I receive an envelope with extra paperwork my state needs.. Oh yes and you have to pay the state fees as well. I really wish that this company could be made to reimburse everyone they have swindled. Then maybe they would think twice before preying on people in real need.
