I rented PO Box at this store being in town temporarily for work. It came time that my PO Box was to expire, but I might be moving soon. I asked an employee if I could pay for only 1-2 more months, and he said to come back and talk to *** because they had a minimum requirement. I returned later that day and spoke with ***, she confirmed their policy and encouraged me to buy the minimum required, but said that if I did move, to just come in and talk to her and shed see what she could do. So I made the purchase. Later, when I needed to move, I came in to talk to her. She told me shed have to negotiate with the owner to refund me for the full 2 months left, approximately $60. She told me to call her the next day to see what hed agreed to and gave me the stores card and wrote her name on it. So I called the next day, and *** answered, then hung up on me. So I came into the store, and she said she still needed to talk to the owner and to call her next week. The next day, I moved out of town. When I called her a few weeks later, another employee answered, and put me on hold for ***. She picked up, then hung up on me. I called again and left a message with my name, reason for calling and new address. I then called about 10 more times, over the course of 30 min, until someone finally answered, it was ***. She said she got my message, $30 was all she could do, and she was getting my check ready to mail as we were speaking. She confirmed my address and said I should receive the check in a few days. That was several months ago, and Ive received no check in the mail. Ive since emailed the store/*** with no response. If your policy is no refunds for PO Box purchases- that is fine. Clearly thats not your policy if the manager is telling customers that there is wiggle room and encouraging them to keep wasting their time contacting your store.

On 11/9, I went to the *** store and said I had a prescription that needed to be sent and arrive within 2 days. The employee told me that they had a 2 day delivery service for $39.00. I was told that my envelope would arrive in ******* on Monday, 11/13. I paid for the service and received a tracking receipt. I received an update from *** delivery notifications that my envelope wont arrive until 7:00 pm on 11/14, after business hours close. I contacted the *** store to request a refund as I did not receive the service I paid for, 2 day delivery. The manager informed me that I would not receive a refund as the *** store cant guarantee that 2 day delivery will occur. I feel its deceptive to tell a senior citizen customer that they are paying for and receiving a service that they will not receive.

This UPS Store has notary services. The notary charges the standard $15/signature which is set by the state. However, this store also charges an additional fee for witness signatures - $10/signature. I have since found out that a witness signature fee is not standard practice and other companies such as Postal Annex and AAA do not charge for this. In addition, this UPS Store does not have its prices for its services posted in the store nor on its website. I paid $180 for witness signatures (2 employees signed on 9 pages), had I known that this was not standard practice or known in advance when looking for prices on the website, I would have taken my business elsewhere - $180 is an exorbitant amount compared to $0. Moving forward, I would like this store to post its prices for its notary services and witness signatures on the website and in the store.
