    Business refuses to accept Gift Certificate because of expiration date.I tried to explain that gift certificates do not expire and went back a 2nd time and spoke to the owner virtually on the phone and he became hostile to me so I left the business.

    This is in regards to the complaint filed against the Calyspo juice and vitamins.

    The woman who filed. Had filed after we refused to honor a gift card from **** that she received from the *********** The expiration date was on there and had expired. Also the gift card did not resemble the ones we use. She was very adamant about redeeming the gift card. I explained that it had been expired for along time. She went on to tell me how she was a law professor and what is was doing was illegal. Being kinda pushy. After not hearing what she wanted to hear. Then proceeded to bash my shop on yelp as well. Im a small business owner thats willing to work with our customers. But we cant honor expired gift card from over 20yrs ago. Had she been nice about the situation. We would had made her any drink of her choice.
