  I feel like their site Cuddly.com looks staged!! It always makes me wonder why they chose the nameIve actually thought of writing to the ************************ to have them investigate. Even their name just doesnt seem realit seems staged also. I see so much of this online that it feels heartbreaking that people may be hurting animals just to then stage a scenario where theyre helping the animal while their hand is out asking for money to buy high priced items. Every time their site comes up on ******** my gut instinct tells me its not *****. And then I feel sick to think these animals are being injured and staged to get people to send them money!!

CUDDLY is a platform that works with verified 501(c)3 animal rescues all over the world, where we've partnered with *****+ rescue and shelter partners to help give thousands of animals a second chance.I can reassure you CUDDLY strives to provide support to our rescue partners in order to save animals who have been harmed so they can have the support and products needed to aid in the animal's recovery. We offer an assortment of products at competitive pricing, however since we are a smaller company we do not have the capacity to compete with larger corporations' pricing. We do incur the costs for shipping and handling so our donors don't have to pay it. I would love to set up a time to talk about the legitimacy of our company if you are willing.

  It is heartbreaking and the cruelty people are capable of seems to be bottomless. That said, I have to pace myself, or I won't have any money left to pay our bills. I like Cuddly's model of a central platform, which allows small rescue organization access to a much larger potential **********. I feel compelled to at least read the story. No matter how much it hurts me, it isn't even close to the pain that poor sweet baby is feeling. It is hard to pick, as they are all deserving and in urgent need, therefore I would like to make a monthly donation to the least funded.I do have a question: Cuddly itself is for Profit, and that is ok. If you do not make any money from keeping a percentage of the monetary donations, or the sale items at a profit, how do you make money to pay everyone, keep the lights on and able to serve as platform for all those non-profits? I think I counted 41 employees(?) in the 'about' section on your site.

  I have researched Cuddly and believe that the things I chose and buy for a different animal every 2 weeks when I get paid helps them immensely. I heart goes out the animals and the people who do this amazing work ??????

  I appreciate that animal welfare organizations can publicize their most difficult, heart-breaking, expensive cases on Cuddly and get funding, so I contribute to many animals there, but only monetary donations. I have looked up lots of Cuddly Wishlist product suggestions and found that they are HUGELY overpriced, sometimes twice as much or more than the same products listed on for-profit pet-product websites. I have read that the Cuddly for-profit business model is to purchase products wholesale and and **** them up, but why **** them up so much more than other pet-product retailers? I want my contribution to go toward the care of abused and suffering animals, not to unseemly profits.

CUDDLY is a small company that attempts to maintain competitive pricing but does not have the capacity to compete with larger corporations. These companies often have special arrangements with vendors that make their pricing possible. Unfortunately, CUDDLY is charged a higher price for these products since we do not have the same volume.At this point, with only a bit over ***** animal rescue partners, we cannot buy directly from the retailers. We hope to partner in the future with these bigger retailers so we can create competitive pricing for our donors and rescues. Our process requires going through a distributor and they are the ones on who we base our pricing on.We admire your devotion to animals and appreciate your understanding as we try to meet the needs of the many rescued ************ of supplies.
